I never planned on becoming a psychiatric NP, it kind of found me. I went from EMT to COVID ICU/ED-RN to inpatient psych RN to board certified psychiatric NP, each step teaching me how deeply trauma, burnout, and mental health are connected. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD, especially for first responders and healthcare workers who know what it's like on the front lines, but I'm here for anyone navigating their mental health and is ready for help.
